2. Processing of personal data
When visiting this website, no personal data is actively collected, analysed or used for marketing purposes as a rule.
Personal data may be processed if you contact den Otter. Advisory GmbH directly, for example by e-mail. In this case, the information you provide will be used to process your enquiry and for the related communication.
In addition, technically necessary data may be generated when accessing the website, such as IP address, date and time of access, pages accessed, browser type, operating system or referrer URL. This data is used for the secure and reliable operation of the website.
Booking and contact form
On the page foresight.denotter.ch/einstieg/ you can complete a form. The data transmitted is what you enter: the format selected, your name, company, e-mail address, optionally your telephone number, your deadline and the description of your question. The address of the page from which you submitted the form is transmitted as well.
The data is sent to us by e-mail only and is used to answer your enquiry and to discuss possible collaboration. It is not stored in a database on the website, not used for advertising and not disclosed to third parties. We keep the e-mail for as long as is necessary to handle the enquiry and to meet any statutory retention obligations.
Providing the data is voluntary. Without your name, company, e-mail address and a description of your question we cannot process the enquiry. Where the GDPR applies, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR, that is the initiation of a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
The website and e-mail are operated by our hosting provider in Switzerland. To prevent automated submissions the form contains a field that is invisible to you and a timing check. No additional personal data is collected in this process.

- Initiating, performing and maintaining business relationships

5. Cookies and tracking
The website www.denotter.ch does not use analytics, marketing or tracking cookies.
On foresight.denotter.ch we use the measurement tool «OpenAI Pixel» provided by OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA). It is loaded only if you reach the page through an advertisement in ChatGPT. It sets the cookie «__oppref», which contains an identifier of the ad click. We record whether you click on our e-mail address or on the link to Zukunftslauf. When you move on to Zukunftslauf, the identifier is added to the link. The data is used solely to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. OpenAI receives technical information such as IP address, browser data, the page visited and the click identifier. Further information is available in OpenAI’s privacy policy. You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time.
6. Disclosure to third parties
Personal data is not sold and is generally not disclosed to third parties, unless this is necessary to process an enquiry, provide a service, comply with legal obligations or protect legitimate interests.
In connection with the operation of the website and e-mail communication, technical service providers, in particular hosting or e-mail providers, may have access to data. They process data only within the scope of the technical services provided.
To measure our advertising in ChatGPT, OpenAI receives the data described in section 5.
7. International transfers
Personal data may also be processed in countries that do not provide an equivalent level of data protection to Switzerland or the European Economic Area. In such cases, appropriate safeguards will be taken where legally required.
This applies in particular to transfers to OpenAI in the USA. Such transfers are based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards provided by OpenAI.
